1.25" Nebula UHC Filter

Nebula/light pollution filter for visual deep-sky observations. Useful for viewing faint emission nebula; as the filter allows passage of virtually all the radiation from both O-III lines; the H-beta and the H-alpha line. The prominent lines from artificial Sodium and mercury vapour street lites are effectively blocked. It is as a result of this strong reduction of the sky background glow that intricate detail in gaseous and planetary nebulas are greatly enhanced.
