Deliveries to Business Addresses

For deliveries to business addresses, no charge will be made for the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, but a charge of £4.00 per consignment will be made for a second unsuccessful delivery attempt. The consignment will be returned to the sender after five working days from the due date of delivery if further delivery instructions are not received.

Deliveries to Residential Addresses

For deliveries to residential addresses, if the first and any subsequent delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a charge will be raised for each such delivery attempt. This charge will be £4.00 per consignment for each delivery attempt. The consignment will be returned to the sender after five working days from the due date of delivery if further delivery instructions are not received.

For both address types, there will be no charge for an unsuccessful delivery attempt when a successful delivery is made later in the same day.
